Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Taya365, an online casino platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under License Number [PAGCOR-XXX-XXXX].
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals under legal guardianship or those prohibited from gambling by court order cannot create accounts.
4. Single Account Requirement
You are permitted to maintain only one active account with Taya365. Creating multiple accounts (also known as “multi-accounting”) is strictly prohibited and will result in:
- Immediate suspension of all accounts
- Forfeiture of balances and winnings
- Permanent ban from our platform
- Reporting to PAGCOR for regulatory action
5. Personal Use Only
Your account is for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, professional gambling, or betting on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
7. Financial Responsibility
You must be able to afford your gambling activities without causing financial hardship. We implement deposit limits and responsible gaming tools to help you maintain control.
Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
To create your Taya365 account, complete 5 required steps:
- Visit our registration page and click “Sign Up”
- Provide personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address
- Create login credentials with a secure password containing at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email
- Complete identity verification by uploading a clear photo of your government-issued ID

Registration Process
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. To protect your account:
- Never share your username or password with anyone
- Use a unique, strong password not used on other websites
- Enable two-factor authentication for additional security
- Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Taya365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
Account Verification
We require identity verification (KYC) to comply with PAGCOR and AMLA regulations. Verification involves:
- Submitting a clear copy of government-issued photo ID (such as Philippine passport, driver’s license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
- Providing proof of address (such as utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
- Completing a video verification call if requested
- Declaring your source of income
Withdrawals are not processed until account verification is complete. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you:
- Violate any term of this agreement
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to complete identity verification within 30 days
- Request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy
- Remain inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, unless closure results from fraud or terms violation.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “I Agree” during registration, checking the acceptance box, or using our platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old
- You are physically located in the Philippines
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be bound by these terms
